"bodies, environments, personal and community values, ways of perceiving, relationships, organizations, etc. — they come to be, they do their thing, they transform as they move towards death, then they die, and something else come.  nature (both of the earth and of mind) composts itself and makes more.

even when we don’t like it.
even when we rather things live on as they are.

even when we resist evolution because it’s not the version that we would create if this whole song and dance were up to us. it still happens.”
