I am Vincent Martínez-Grieco (formerly known as Vinn Arjuna Martí), dancer, teacher and designer of
Soul Motion Next Steps.
After teaching for 4 decades, I still get excited about the next class I'm teaching. Over the years, I've been influenced by modern dance and ballet, improvisational and performance scenarios, yogic spiritual practices, 5 rhythms (ecstatic dance), and aerobics (thank you, Jane Fonda, for rescuing my dancing, teaching life in the 90s). My background continues to rotate to the forefront of my present curriculum. In the beginning of the 21st century, I designed Soul Motion - SoulMotion.com - a conscious dance practice. Soul Motion is taught throughout the US, Europe, Latin America, and Australia.
I've dedicated my life to dancing and wish to dance with you, always, alone together.
Join Vincent Martínez-Grieco (formerly known as
Vinn Arjuna Marti), Dev Bry
& other dancing souls for
a Soul Motion weekend in Maine.
With mindfulness, motion, and irreverent reverence
we dance with, as, in-relation-to impermanence.
May 22-24, 2026
at Dandelion Spring Farm
in Bowdoinham, Maine.
Alone together, we open awareness
and move our bodies in ways that connect us
to the field of motion, itself.
Somatic practice for the Soul.

and I'm Dev Bry - Soul Motionista and founder of HoneyRoot - honeyroot.org - an organization devoted to somatic education in service of embodiment, social justice, and intergenerational collaboration.
been facilitating body and movement based groups for 20+ years. My NYC days brought an ordination from the IM School of Healing Arts; my CA days brought a masters degree in somatic psychology, a love of tantric Buddhism and the meeting of my beloved teacher, Vincent, which has shaped much of my work since then. I am a certified Hakomi therapist and have years in with a variety of trauma-informed body-oriented healing modalities.
At essence, I am a dancer and a mother who enjoys paying attention to and tending soulful layers of community life.
